Payment :
Prices include VAT (10%). The payment will be done by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro). We will charge you for the entire stay at the reservation.
Cancelation policy :
- Over 7 days before the 1st night, we will return 100% of your payment via the credit card you used to make your reservaion.
- 7 days or less before the 1st night, we charge 100% of the stay.
Policy
The rooms will have to be returned in the same state they were found. Smoking is forbidden in the entire establishment. Aparthotel K will not be made responsible for any lost or forgotten objects in the rooms. The objects found will be kept at reception for 3 months. Any broken object or any object that may have disappeared from the room will be charged on the client's credit card (the credit card used to make the reservation). Check-in is between 16h and 19h. Outside that time-rage a 25€ supplement can be charged if management has not been informed. Management cannot garrantee that the room will be available before 16h. No check-in after 22h.
